Structural Work: Anything involving structural integrity (load-bearing walls, foundations, roof structural repairs) requires a licensed builder.
Specialised Trades: Electrical, plumbing, gas fitting, and drainage work of any value requires licensed specialists.

I will turn up on time as we agreed on. If I am held up for some reason I will let you know. Just common decency. I work hard and I am meticulous. I take pride in my work.
Trustworthy
Integrity is something I hold high and view as an import part of my core being. I also have many years of working as music teacher and childcare assistant (Norway). Which means many a police check and working with children blue cards up through the years.
