  • Roof work / gardening

  • Structural Work: Anything involving structural integrity (load-bearing walls, foundations, roof structural repairs) requires a licensed builder.

  • Specialised Trades: Electrical, plumbing, gas fitting, and drainage work of any value requires licensed specialists.

WORK I DON’T DO

rates

  • A fixed $120 service/call-out fee. (This cover 1st hr work + travel/transport costs).

  • I don’t do quotes, but instead charge an hourly rate for jobs, big or small (no matter if I’m painting, plastering or doing repairs).

  • $70 Hourly Rate + possible needed materials for the job.

  • After-hours/weekend fees might be higher.

payment

  • I can accept in-person contactless payment with Tap To Pay by MYOB.

  • Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay and EFTPOS.

  • This makes our transaction very easy at the end of the job.

Reliable

I will turn up on time as we agreed on. If I am held up for some reason I will let you know. Just common decency. I work hard and I am meticulous. I take pride in my work.

Trustworthy

Integrity is something I hold high and view as an import part of my core being. I also have many years of working as music teacher and childcare assistant (Norway). Which means many a police check and working with children blue cards up through the years.
